National Selection

The national team in England took place on Monday 2nd October 2017 at the Olympia Conference Center in London.
9 candidates faced each other in 3 categories: chocolate, sugar and ice.
Under the eyes of a first class jury made up of names like Martin Chiffers (freshly named President of Honor of the European Cup which will take place in Turin on the 10th June 2018) Gabriel Paillasson and many others, the United Kingdom team selected for the final in Lyon in 2019 will be revealed at the end of October.

However, Jamie Houghton is the overall winner and he is going to be part of the team UK for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in 2019.

Sarju Ranavaya received the price of the chocolate piece and Chris Seddon, the price of the ice sculpture.
