One team, one dream
The motto of the Danish team is “one team, one dream”.
There has never been more attention to the pastry profession than now, and the National Pastry Team Denmark raises the bar high by gathering passionate people for training and taking part in competitions.
In the Danish team, everyone is equal and has the common, important attitude that you never stop learning. The national pastry team has been part of the Danish Gastronomic Union since May 2020 and is well on its way to establishing Denmark as a leading nation within the sweet genre of gastronomy.
