Sweden national round

Here are the candidates for the Swedish national team: 

• Lisa Dagnäs 

Lisa works at Operakällaren in Stockholm, just moved from Gothenburg where she worked at Konditori Kampanilen.. Her career began through a upper secondary school education in bakery and confectionery at Jenny Nyströmskolan. Here Lisa competed in the Swedish School Championships and won. Lisa has also competed in Swedish championship for Young Bakers and participated in the Nordic Pastry Cup in Oslo and participated twice in Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie European selection in Paris. Lisa is distinctive for her strengths as a social, positive and team player. The qualities meticulous and driven have been a leading factor in the competitions. 

• Josefine Pagander 

Josefine works as a freelance pastry chef in Gothenburg and won the title of Swedish Pastry Chef of the Year 2022. She also won the Swedish Young Pastry Chef Championship in 2020. Josefine has been a member of the Swedish national young bakers' team since 2020 and of the Swedish national pastry chefs' team since 2021. Josefine stands out for her ability to be disciplined and focused both before and during competitions. Her qualities of determination and ambition have been demonstrated in the results she has achieved at competitions.
