Since 1989, Italy has been participating with passion and dedication in the world's most important competition: La Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
Once again this year, Italy has succeeded in confirming the podium by finishing third, and is awaiting selections to take part in the 2024 European Cup and qualify for the Final of the World Cup.

The national team is determined to continue putting Italian patisserie on the world map!

PLACE: CAST Alimenti, Brescia - The school of crafts of taste

A new and exciting challenge awaits Italy, which this year will take part in the European Pastry Cup in January 2024. A new stage for the national team, which selected its members last September at CAST ALIMENTI (Brescia), in keeping with the tradition initiated by the Italian Pastry World Cup Club. During the competition, teams of 2 had to complete the following tasks: Creation of an iced dessert, a sugar cake, a dessert on a plate and a chocolate cake. The top 2 team members will represent Italy at the next European Cup.
