A European champion team in 2012, 2014 and 2022
UK Pastry Club brings people together to raise the recognition of Pastry in the UK as one of the best in the world. Our purpose is to promote UK Pastry Chefs and the next generation, artisans, producers, suppliers and the whole hospitality industry to the rest of the world.
The UK Pastry team for 2023 was represented by Michael Kwan, Martin Chiffers, Nicolas Houchet and Denis Drame. After months of intensive training, followed by 10 hours of competition and what felt like endless hours waiting for the Pastry World Cup results – the UK Pastry Team were declared 4th Best Pastry Team in the World.
