Club Coupe du Monde Team USA has competed in every Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, competition since its inception in 1989, with the exception of the 2021 competition due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The mission of Club Coupe du Monde Team USA is to explore and elevate the craft of pastry preparation through study and experimentation. Alongside identifying the top pastry chefs in the nation to compete at the biennial Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, the club also seeks out and acknowledges the finest culinary educators, researchers, and food service experts in America. Club Coupe du Monde Team USA's aim is to motivate and stimulate pastry professionals of all levels to participate in pioneering advances in food preparation, taste pairings, and presentation techniques.
